Leigh Leibel, MSc, C-IAYT, ACSM-CET, is a mind-body specialist at Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center, New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center in New York City where she designs evidence-based programs for cancer patients, survivors, and families across the care continuum to help manage stress and anxiety, mitigate side effects of conventional treatment, and impact clinical outcome. 

Ms. Leibel serves on the Board of Trustees of the Society for Integrative Oncology and founded/co-chairs the Society's Yoga Special Interest Group. She is a 2019 TED MED scholar and an alumna of the NIH-NCI Cancer Prevention and Control Summer Fellowship Program. Formerly an executive producer at CNN, she is on the Editorial Advisory Board of Cancer Health Magazine and co-editor of the forthcoming book, Yoga Therapy Across the Cancer Care Continuum, Handspring Publishing, Ltd. She received a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy with honors from S-Vyasa University in Bengaluru, India where she is currently pursuing a PhD (Yoga).
