Taeyoon Kim, MS, CMD, RT(T), is a chief medical dosimetrist and a lead radiation therapist working at the Proton Therapy Center of Korea National Cancer Center for the past 20 years. He obtained his certified medical dosimetrist board in 2008 and received a master’s degree in Medical Physics from Korea Graduate University in 2014.

Taeyoon has played many roles in the Korean radiation therapy society for years including clinical lecturer, board member, and examination committee. He has also worked with ESTRO to support organizing conferences in Asia as a member of the RT scientific advisory group. He is a member of the AAMD’s Continuing Education Committee and also is the director of the international cooperation in the Korean Society for Radiation Therapy. He has been working hard to build better relations with Asian radiation therapy societies over the past few years.
