James Wheeler, MD, PhD, is aboard-certified radiation oncologist who serves at Goshen Center for CancerCare. He treats adult patients who have all kinds of cancer with all of themajor, state-of-the-art forms of treatment, including image-guided radiationtherapy, intensity-modulated radiation therapy, high-dose-rate brachytherapy,intra-operative radiation therapy, stereotactic radiotherapy, and respiratory-gated treatment, as well as more conventional forms of radiation treatment. Dr.Wheeler has extensive experience in the latest techniques for treating cancer and is supportive of treating patients on clinical trials. He is BoardCertified in Radiation Oncology.  Dr. Wheeler received his Doctor ofMedicine from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, his PhD in PhysicalChemistry from the University of Notre Dame, and did his residency at The University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX.
