David Ly received his Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Radiation Technology in 2003 from the Queensland University of Technology in Australia.  He is a member of the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy and the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia.  David has over 6 years of clinical experience as a clinical radiation therapist in Australia at the Townsville Cancer Centre, performing a variation of functions including CT Simulation, Dosimetry and Treatment in Radiation Therapy and Brachytherapy.  After having spent a year with CMS Inc. based in North America, he joined Elekta based in Australia as a Radiation Oncology Clinical Specialist focused on training, support, sales and marketing.  Most recently, David has been with Elekta’s global clinical marketing team, supporting product marketing and clinical collaboration empowering clinicians to maximize product utilization, clinical research and applications with Elekta products.
